Iron Mold Coated Sand Production Line for Grinding Ball

Specification

Iron Mold Sand Covering Cast Grinding Media Balls Production Line

Product Description:

Harnessing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, this case optimizes their combination and adopts an

open, flexible conveyance, multi-level supply drive. It includes a molding line, casting line, and two motorized roller tracks. The molding line features two stepper box feeders, dividing it into three independent

zones: opening, molding, and closing. This line ensures non-interference across six areas with complementary functions. Two motorized tracks manage sand boxes for molding and casting lines, preventing interference and enhancing production efficiency.

Specifications:

The line includes covered sand molding, co-box, casting, sub boxes, metal cooling, coating, etc.

Design basis and main parameters:

1. Production: 5,000 tons/year (based on ball diameter D80 min)
