Sandblasting rooms are mainly used for large parts or workpieces with incomplete shot blasting by shot blasting machines.

The abrasive transportation method is another highlight of the equipment design. In addition to the well-known flat conveyor floor that requires a very small installation depth, there is extensive experience in areas such as spiral conveyors and vibrating cross grid abrasive conveying technology. For large workpieces, open sandblasting is generally used.

According to the process requirements, the sandblasting system selects manual sandblasting method and is equipped with dedicated sandblasting tanks for products of different materials. The pressure and flow rate of the sandblasting tank can be adjusted at any time according to the requirements.
