Mesh belt shot blasting machine

The mesh belt shot blasting machine transports workpieces to a closed shot blasting chamber through a mesh belt conveyor system. It uses a high-speed rotating shot blasting wheel to accelerate the projectile and shoot it onto the surface of the workpiece, removing the embroidery layer, welding slag, and oxide scale on its surface, resulting in a uniform and consistent metallic luster, and improving the coating quality and anti-corrosion effect of steel materials. The mesh belt can be adjusted by frequency conversion, which can achieve satisfactory cleaning effect. Made of rolled Mn13 wire rod with a diameter of 6mm, it has a longer service life. This equipment is mainly used for surface shot blasting of thin-walled castings or fragile aluminum alloy castings, ceramics and other small parts in the manufacturing of automobiles, aerospace, railways and machinery. It can also be used for shot blasting strengthening of mechanical parts.
