Rubber track type shot blasting machine

This machine is suitable for cleaning small castings, forgings, stampings, gears, springs, and other parts, as well as thin-walled or impact-sensitive parts in heat treatment workshops, removing adhering sand, oxide scale, and other deposits. It can also be used for surface strengthening treatment of some parts.

(Note: It cannot directly clean high-temperature parts or parts with burrs or flash, as this may damage the tracks.)

2. It uses a BE-type full-curtain air-classifying shot and sand separator, which has good separation effect and high productivity, and plays a positive role in improving blade life.

3. It uses a bag filter dust collector, and the dust emission concentration is lower than the national standard, improving the working environment for workers.

4. It uses wear-resistant rubber tracks, reducing collision damage to workpieces and lowering machine noise.
