The hook-type shot blasting machine is an equipment that uses an electric hoist and chain hoist to suspend workpieces in a sealed chamber for shot blasting. It is suitable for cleaning the surfaces of large and medium-sized castings, forgings, cast steel parts, structural components, heat-treated parts, and for surface strengthening of pipes and profiles. A single hook can weigh 0.5-30 tons, and the workpiece size can range from φ800-4000 mm. Various specifications and models are available, including straight rail, herringbone rail, and circular rail, and non-standard designs can also be customized to meet user needs. The hoist rails come in various structures such as straight rail, circular rail, and herringbone rail, allowing for both step-by-step cleaning and mobile shot blasting.
