The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer

Specialized for resin self-hardening sand in foundries, the S245 mixer suits furan, alkaline phenolic, and water glass sands. Ideal for small-medium steel, iron casting workshops.

Featuring a 360° rotating arm with a 2m radius, the mixer enables multi-point sand discharge without moving the sand box. Its continuous spiral mixing ensures uniform sand discharge, eliminating waste. Post-operation, the chamber empties to prevent solidification. Precision pumps ensure mixing accuracy of ≤±2%, guaranteeing stable sand performance. The quick-open cylinder simplifies maintenance. Button-controlled electricals (PLC optional) offer reliable operation. Low-cost, compact, with optional sand ratio adjustment, it fits resin sand regeneration lines.
