S11 Series Sand Muller for Green Sand

I. Application range:

S11 series muller type sand mixer is a typical batch sand mixing equipment widely used in foundry industry. It adopts two muller rollers and scrapers. With the rotation of the pan and cross arm, the muller rollers exert rolling, grinding and kneading force on sand materials, while scrapers turn over and loosen sand, to fully mix sand, bentonite, coal powder, water and additives. It can make binder uniformly coat sand grains and obtain high-quality molding sand.

This machine is suitable for mixing green clay sand, water-glass sand and partial resin sand. The pan liner and muller wheels adopt wear-resistant cast iron for long service life. Compact structure, stable operation, easy maintenance and low failure rate. Optional automatic feeding, discharging and PLC control system.

It is widely matched with molding lines in small and medium foundries for iron casting, steel casting and alloy casting. Customized pan diameter and capacity available. We supply installation guidance and complete after-sales service.
