Advanced Fine Hexagonal Sand Screening Equipment for Efficient Separation

Product Description

Green Sand Reclamation Line S43 Series Fine Hexagonal Screen

Clay sand S43 series fine hexagonal screen is suitable for dry mold sand and used damp mold sand in casting workshop, especially for crushing and screening clay hot old sand in automatic and semi-automatic production line in high-pressure molding workshop.

S43 series fine multi-angle screen is suitable for screening powder and granular materials in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials and casting workshops.

Product Technical Parameter

Specification

Characteristics:

While sieving, add ventilation and dust to cool down

Stable operation, reliable work, fine screening, good sealing.

Hexagonal large end feeding, screen area equivalent to an increase of 30-40%.

Near the theoretical speed, material from the high point of the screen cylinder rushed down, to reach the crushing and fine screening.

Cold drawn stainless steel high strength coarse wire woven mesh, long life.

It can effectively screen out the hard particles larger than 4-5mm in the old sand, make the sand quality even and improve the casting yield.

The screen is fixed in the way of drawing and pressing, the surface of the screen is tight, not easy to break, and the rebound crushing effect is good, and easy to replace.

Can be strong ventilation, control mud content, and achieve a certain cooling effect.

At the same time reduce the wet, hot, sticky on the screen hole condensation and stick.
