The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer

The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer is specialized for resin self-hardening sand in foundry use. It mixes furan resin sand, alkaline phenolic resin sand, and water glass self-hardening sand, widely used in molding and core making for small and medium steel and iron casting workshops.

This equipment features a 360° rotating arm with a 2-meter turning radius, enabling multi-point sand discharge without moving the sand box. Its spiral mixing cage ensures uniform sand discharge, preventing waste. The sand chamber empties post-shutdown, avoiding solidification. Resin and curing agent are precisely metered, achieving ≤±2% mixing accuracy for stable performance. Quick-opening sand cylinder eases maintenance. Button-controlled (PLC optional) electrical system ensures stable operation. Economical and space-efficient, it can adjust new and old sand ratios, ideal for resin sand regeneration lines.
