The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer

The S245 mixer is specialized for resin self-hardening sand in foundries. It mixes furan, alkaline phenolic, and water glass self-hardening sands, ideal for small to medium steel and iron casting workshops.

The mixer's 360° rotating arm with a 2m radius allows multi-point discharge without moving the sand box. The spiral mixing cage achieves uniform sand mixing without waste. After shutdown, the chamber empties to avoid solidification. Precision pumps deliver resin and curing agents with ≤±2% accuracy. The quick-open cylinder eases maintenance. Button-controlled electrical systems ensure stability. Low investment, compact size, and adjustable sand ratio make it suitable for resin sand regeneration lines.
