This mobile, economical, stand-alone fume purifier features a single suction hose and two directional and two omnidirectional polyurethane casters with brakes at the bottom for moving welding stations. It is suitable for purifying fumes and dust generated in various welding and grinding operations, as well as for recovering rare metals and valuable materials.
The suction hose can rotate 360°. By pulling the handle on the hose, it can be easily and flexibly moved to the desired location and suction angle, and automatically positions itself in mid-air without external force. Depending on the application, a 2m, 3m, or 4m long flexible suction hose is available. The hose is made of genuine temperature-resistant, flame-retardant, and wear-resistant composite material, preventing cracking from sparks and extending its service life; the hose diameter is 160mm.
The fumes generated during operation are drawn into the economical stand-alone fume purifier through the intake pipe. First, the air passes through the first-layer flame arrestor, which separates and traps large particles and sparks generated during grinding. The pre-filtered air then enters the second-layer filter guard, which diverts the air and prevents residual sparks from directly entering the filter element. The diverted dust-laden gas then enters the third-layer filter for final purification. The main filter achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.9%. Because the main filter's high filtration accuracy meets indoor emission standards, the filtered clean air is directly discharged into the room for recirculation through the exhaust vent at the bottom of the purifier. The filter element uses a dust-free blowing cleaning method and requires manual removal for cleaning.
The economical stand-alone fume purifier's filter element is made of imported PTFE microporous membrane filter media, offering high filtration accuracy and capable of filtering 0.1μm dust particles. The lifespan of the filter element varies depending on the purifier's operating intensity and the amount of fumes. The corresponding indicator lights on the control panel illuminate to indicate the status, and the panel includes power phase sequence indication, phase loss and short circuit protection, and differential voltage overvoltage alarm.
