Plasma Cutting Blowing And Suction Type Purify Dust Removal System

This dust removal method primarily involves placing a sliding suction duct on one side of the cutting platform, with a suction port that moves with the cutting machine. On the other side of the cutting platform is a blower with a small axial flow fan. Both the suction and blower ports are fixed to the cutting machine and aligned with the cutting head. The lower part of the cutting platform has an exhaust duct with vertical plates, ensuring that air is only drawn from the areas where dust is generated within the limited width of the cut. This dust removal method not only simplifies the cutting platform structure and uses less material, but also saves on air volume and requires no additional maintenance costs during subsequent use.
