Electric Furnace Charging Car

The electric furnace charging car is special feeding equipment for medium frequency electric furnaces in foundry workshops. It is used to transport and charge scrap steel, pig iron and other raw materials into the melting furnace.

The trolley adopts a heavy-duty chassis, walking motor and hydraulic tipping mechanism. It can realize automatic forward movement, positioning and material tipping. It features stable operation, high feeding efficiency and simple operation, greatly reducing manual labor and improving workshop safety.

It is widely matched with medium frequency induction melting furnaces in casting plants. Different load capacity models are available for customization.

Product Features:

1.Rail traveling & hydraulic tipping with vibratory feeding

Combines track movement, hydraulic tipping and vibration feeding, realizing continuous and uniform scrap steel feeding into the induction furnace. Effectively avoids material blockage.

2.Dual control system: wireless remote + local button control

Operators can control the trolley remotely, staying away from high-temperature furnace mouth, greatly improving workshop operation safety. Manual button backup is available for emergency use.

3.Heavy-duty welded steel structure & wear-resistant hopper liner

Adopts thick Q235 steel plate welding. The hopper is fitted with replaceable wear-resistant lining plate, resisting impact from scrap steel, long service life and easy maintenance.

4.Stable hydraulic system

Equipped with reliable hydraulic station, smooth tipping and reset action, low failure rate, stable performance under long-time continuous working.

5.Customizable design

Track gauge, hopper volume, power and overall dimensions can be customized according to customers' furnace capacity and workshop layout. Multiple models for choice from 1T to 10T.

6.Easy operation & high feeding efficiency

Automated traveling, positioning and feeding reduce manual labor, shorten furnace charging cycle and improve melting efficiency of medium frequency furnace.
