The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer

The S245 mixer specializes in resin self-hardening sand processes for foundries, ideal for furan, alkaline phenolic, and water glass sands, used in small/medium steel and iron casting workshops.

The single-arm 360° rotation allows multi-point discharge without moving the box. The spiral mixing cage provides real-time, uniform mixing with no waste. The chamber empties post-shutdown to prevent solidification. Precision pumps ensure ≤±2% accuracy for stable sand. The quick-open cylinder aids maintenance. Button-controlled system (PLC optional) offers reliable operation. Low-cost, space-efficient, and compatible with sand ratio adjustment, ideal for resin regeneration lines.
