Xiangmao high-performance Rotating/rotary table shot blasting machine

Ideal for cleaning sand and oxide scale from surfaces of flat, thin-walled, or collision-sensitive parts in casting, forging, and heat treatment workshops. Also for surface strengthening.

Rotating table shot-blasting machines offer simple, versatile, and economic surface treatment solutions.

Parts on the rotating table have lateral and top surfaces exposed to turbine-thrown shots.

Table diameter ranges from 500 to 2500mm, supporting loads up to 1500 Kg.

No pit required, equipped with a self-cleaning dry cartridge dust collector.

Cleans dies, forgings, castings, welded, and brazed parts.

Key Configurations

1. Cabinet Body

Welded cabinet body with shell, top cover, and internal protection. Features a media collection pan and Mn13 liner plates for durability. Houses a fixed shot blasting unit.

2. Turntable Mechanism

Turntable inside cabinet shell driven by coupling. Mesh disc and Mn13 liner plate design withstands wear and prevents debris. Scraper plate collects shot media.

3. Shot Blasting Unit

Unit includes impeller, blades, distributor wheel, and directional sleeve. High-speed impeller rotation projects shot media onto workpiece for cleaning.
