Xiangmao high-performance Rotating/rotary table shot blasting machine

Ideal for cleaning sand and oxide scale from flat, thin-walled, or collision-sensitive parts in casting, forging, and heat treatment workshops. Also used for surface strengthening of parts.

Rotating table shot-blasting machines offer a simple, versatile, and economical surface treatment solution.

Parts are loaded on the rotating table; lateral and top surfaces are exposed to turbine-thrown shots.

Table diameters vary from 500 to 2500mm, supporting loads up to 1500 Kg.

No pit required; includes a self-cleaning dry cartridge dust collector.

Suitable for cleaning dies, forgings, castings, welded and brazed parts.

Key Configurations

1. Cabinet Body

The welded cabinet body includes a shell, top cover, and protection. The shell has a shot media pan and is connected to the turntable frame. Walls and cover are bolted, with Mn13 liners and a fixed shot blasting unit.

2. Turntable Mechanism

Inside the cabinet shell, the turntable is driven by a coupling. Made of flat steel bars, it has a Mn13 liner plate. A scraper collects shot media into the elevator chute.

3. Shot Blasting Unit

The unit includes the impeller, blades, distributor wheel, and sleeve. High-speed rotation of the impeller synchronizes with the distributor wheel, projecting shot media onto the workpiece for cleaning.
