The Catenary / Overhead Hanging Chain Shot Blasting Machine (often referred to as the hanging chain shot blasting machine) is a continuous-pass shot blasting equipment, which is divided into two major categories: continuous type and accumulation-feeding step-by-step type. The workpiece is continuously fed into the cleaning chamber along the overhead catenary track via a hanging hook. Inside the blasting chamber, the workpiece rotates while being impacted by high-speed steel shot, achieving one-time completion of sand removal, oxide scale removal, rust removal, and surface stress strengthening treatment on the workpiece surface.
