Xiangmao high-performance Rotating/rotary table shot blasting machine

Ideal for cleaning sand and oxide adherents on flat, thin-walled, or collision-sensitive parts in casting, forging, and heat treatment workshops. Also suitable for surface strengthening.

Rotating table shot-blasting machines offer a simple, versatile, and economical surface treatment solution.

Parts loaded on the table have lateral and top surfaces blasted by turbine-thrown shots.

Table diameters range from 500 to 2500mm, with load capacities up to 1500 Kg.

No pit required. Comes with a self-cleaning dry cartridge dust collector.

Cleans dies, forgings, castings, and welded or braised parts.

Key Configurations

1. Cabinet Body

Welded cabinet body with shell, top cover, and protection. Features a shot media collection pan and bolted walls with Mn13 liner plates. Top houses the shot blasting unit.

2. Turntable Mechanism

Turntable inside shell driven by coupling, featuring a mesh disc with Mn13 liner for wear resistance. Includes a scraper plate to channel media to the elevator.

3. Shot Blasting Unit

Comprising impeller, blades, distributor wheel, and directional sleeve. High-speed impeller rotation ejects shot media for workpiece cleaning.
