Xiangmao high-performance Rotating/rotary table shot blasting machine

Ideal for cleaning sand and oxide scale from flat, thin-walled, or collision-sensitive parts in casting, forging, and heat treatment workshops. Also used for surface strengthening treatment.

Rotating table shot-blasting machines offer a simple, versatile, and cost-effective surface treatment solution.

Parts are placed on the rotating table: Their surfaces are subject to shots from turbines.

Table diameter ranges from 500 to 2500mm, with a load capacity up to 1500 Kg.

No pit required; includes a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.

Cleans dies, forgings, castings, welded and brazed parts.

Key Configurations

1. Cabinet Body

The welded cabinet body includes the shell, top cover, and internal protection. The shell's bottom surface has a shot media collection pan connected to the turntable mechanism frame. Cabinet walls and top cover are bolted. Interior lined with Mn13 plates; top cover houses fixed shot blasting unit.

2. Turntable Mechanism

Turntable inside the cabinet is driven by a coupling. It includes a mesh disc with a perforated Mn13 liner plate, preventing large debris from reaching the base plate. A scraper plate collects shot media, channeling it into the elevator via a chute.

3. Shot Blasting Unit

Composed of impeller, blades, distributor wheel, and directional sleeve. The impeller's high-speed rotation carries shot media, which is ejected and accelerated by blades to clean workpieces.
