The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer

The S245 mixer specializes in resin self-hardening sand for foundries, ideal for furan resin, alkaline phenolic, and water glass sands, widely used in small to medium steel and iron casting.

Featuring a 360° rotating arm with a 2m radius, it allows multi-point sand discharge. The spiral mixing cage ensures even sand output, with no waste at start/end. The chamber empties on shutdown to prevent solidification. Precision metering pumps offer ≤±2% mixing accuracy. Quick-open design aids maintenance. Button control (PLC optional) ensures stable operation. It's cost-effective, space-saving, and adaptable for sand ratio adjustment in resin sand lines.
