Equipped with two rotary mixing arms, the machine covers a large working radius. While one arm is working for continuous sand mixing and discharging, the other arm can stand-by or be cleaned, realizing flexible on-site operation for multi-station molding and core-making. The binder feeding system consists of gear pump and diaphragm pump, realizing accurate metering for resin and hardener with stable flow rate.

The mixing cage adopts full-open split-type structure. Mixing blades are easy to inspect, adjust and replace, greatly reducing daily maintenance workload. Short mixing time, no head-tail residual sand, complete material discharge after shutdown. Uniform mixed sand guarantees stable molding and core-making qualityMade-in-Ch....

Whole machine adopts PLC + touch-screen control with complete safety interlock protection. Parameters such as sand flow, resin and hardener adding ratio can be preset and stored. It can work independently or integrate with resin sand regeneration system for automatic production line. Customized output and arm rotation radius are available according to customer workshop layout.
