The vibratory boiling cooling bed consists of a bed of porous fish scale plates, a blast system, an exhaust system and a humidification system agitator.

The hot old sand falls into the orifice plate of the vibrating boiling cooling bed, and while advancing in the direction of vibration, it is sprayed with water through the humidifier. The blast system blows cold air into the lower part of the fish scale plate, so that the hot sand is in a boiling state, and the air is fully in contact with the hot sand, which takes away the water vapor in the hot sand and discharges it by the exhaust system, and the hot sand achieves the purpose of cooling.

To better ensure the safety of your goods, professional, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient packaging services will be provided.Green sand hexagonal sieve use 6x16mm or 8x18mm screens to crush and separate bigger clay sands(>4-5mm) into smaller size. Rotating sieve is hexagonal size. Inlet side is bigger and higher and outlet side is smaller and lower. Thus, 30-40% used sands go into sieve.We manufacture and design full scope of green sand casting equipment. including Green Sand Mixer, Sand Feeder and Conveyor, Sand Molding machine and Sand Reclamation Machine.
