Ring Track Hanger Shot Blasting Machine for Castings & Weldments Descaling

Product Description

Ring Track Overhead Hanger Shot Blast Equipment

this series machine is suitable for cleaning steel profiles ,steel structure ,steel plate ,construction machinery etc large welded structure parts , removing surface rust ,welding slag and oxide skin ,to eliminate the inside residual stress, and uniform metallic luster distribution ,in order to improve the quality of coating in steel and anti-corrosion effect.

The hook type throws the pill to tidy up the machine tool to throw the pill to have great capacity, tidying up the efficiency high, the valid space ofthe room bodyis big,the structure tightly packed, and adoptwithout apit form, use towards tidying upthe shape structure of theworkpiecewithout the special request, canamachine have another, the series' product is applied in the machine manufacturing industry and the foundryindustries extensively. My company can tidy up the work piece to request according to the customerto design the manufacturing for the customer.

Ring Track Overhead Hanger Shot Blast Equipment

The workpiece is placed inside the track roller, and the rotation of the track drives the workpiece to continuously tumble; the impeller of the shot blasting machine rotates at high speed to eject steel shot at high velocity, and each surface of the workpiece is hit by the shot in turn, ensuring no cleaning dead zones; the steel shot and dust fall through the gaps in the track, and are sent to the air separator by the spiral + elevator. The qualified steel shot is recycled, the dust is discharged through the dust collector, and the slag and waste materials are separated and discharged

The machine's housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel. High efficiency of the machine is provided by the system for continued returning and cleaning of the abrasive, along with efficient turbines made from wear-resistant materials.

Standard equipment of larger machines includes: PLC Siemens, display, timer automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of turbines, working-hours counter, etc.

The machine may be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the turbines.
