Q48 series step-type hanging chain shot blasting machine

Q48 series step-type hanging chain shot blasting machine is an intermittent overhead conveyor surface cleaning equipment. Different from continuous models, it delivers workpieces to the blasting chamber and stops accurately for fixed-position rotary blasting. The workpiece rotates 360° during cleaning to ensure no dead-angle removal of sand, rust, oxide scale and welding slag. It features stable operation, thorough cleaning effect and low workpiece deformation. Ideal for medium and large complex-shaped castings, pump bodies, valve parts and engineering machinery components.

Catenary hanging chain shot blasting machines are divided into three types: Q38 continuous type, Q48 step-through type and Q58 accumulating type. Workpieces are hung on overhead hooks and conveyed into blasting chamber.

Q38 continuous model: chain runs non-stop, high throughput, suitable for simple mass parts and inline coating line.

Q48 step-through model: workpiece stops and rotates at fixed blasting station, achieving thorough cleaning for complex castings.

Q58 accumulating model: independent trolley control, flexible mixed production for multi-type workpieces.

It removes foundry sand, oxide scale, welding slag and rust for castings, forgings and welded components. Widely used in auto parts, foundry, engineering machinery industry.
