Qt37 Hanger Chains Pass Through Type Wheel Blaster / Sand Blasting Machine

The workpiece is placed inside the track roller, and the rotation of the track drives the workpiece to continuously tumble; the impeller of the shot blasting machine rotates at high speed to eject steel shot at high velocity, and each surface of the workpiece is hit by the shot in turn, ensuring no cleaning dead zones; the steel shot and dust fall through the gaps in the track, and are sent to the air separator by the spiral + elevator. The qualified steel shot is recycled, the dust is discharged through the dust collector, and the slag and waste materials are separated and discharged

The machine's housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel. High efficiency of the machine is provided by the system for continued returning and cleaning of the abrasive, along with efficient turbines made from wear-resistant materials.

Standard equipment of larger machines includes: PLC Siemens, display, timer automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of turbines, working-hours counter, etc.

The machine may be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the turbines.
