Xiangmao high-performance Rotating/rotary table blasting machine

Ideal for removing sand, oxide scale from flat, thin-walled, or delicate parts in casting, forging, and heat treatment sectors. Also enhances surface strength.

Rotating table shot-blasting machines offer simple, versatile, cost-effective solutions for surface treatment.

Parts are placed on the rotating table, with lateral and top surfaces targeted by turbine-thrown shots.

Table diameter varies from 500 to 2500mm, with load capacities up to 1500 Kg.

No pit required; includes a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.

Clean dies, forgings, castings, welded, and braised parts.

Key Configurations

1. Cabinet Body

Welded structure with shell, top cover, and protection. Bottom has a shot media pan, connected to turntable. Mn13 liners protect the interior, housing fixed shot blasting unit.

2. Turntable Mechanism

Turntable in cabinet, driven by coupling. Mesh disc with Mn13 liner, scraper plate collects and channels shot media to elevator.

3. Shot Blasting Unit

Unit includes impeller, blades, distributor wheel, and sleeve. High-speed impeller rotation propels shot media via distributor wheel, sleeve, and blades for cleaning.
