High Cleaning Performance Tilt Drum Type Shot Blasting Machine Sand Blaster Equipment

Product Description

The main details of  Rolling Drum Type Shot Blasting Machine:

1. The roller form is changed from round to polygonal, which is convenient for workpiece turnover and improves cleaning effect;

2. The volume of the drum is increased, and the one-time loading amount is increased from the original 1.2 tons (0.6m3) to 1.8 tons (0.7 m3);

3. The power of the shot blaster is increased from 30Kw to 37Kw;;

4. The built-in roller solves the problem of sand leakage from the roller of the original roller shot blasting machine;

5. Adopt double lifting mechanism to reduce the installation height;

6. Two-stage magnetic separation. When the castings are cleaned, the wear-resistant parts have little loss;

7. The feeding mechanism, door body lifting and roller turning are driven by double hydraulic cylinders to run smoothly;

8. The hydraulic system is equipped with a shunting and collecting valve and a balancing valve, which can adjust the pressure of each branch of the ducting and make the operation more stable;

9. A roller rotation detection mechanism is provided to monitor the roller operation in real time;

10, the thickness of the cylinder is increased by 12mm from the original 10mm, and the service life is longer;

11. Because of the low impact strength of the orifice plate, the sand leakage orifice plate of the roller is detachable, and the operation and maintenance cost of the roller is lower;

12. The platform and the material bin are located at one side of the chamber body, and the drum is convenient for maintenance and replacement.

FAQ

Q1: What workpieces fit the tilt drum shot blasting machine?

A1: Designed for batch processing small to medium castings, forgings, stampings and hotpressed parts; removes rust, oxide scale, burrs and other surface contaminants. Not for thin walled fragile or easily deformed components.

Q2: What is the advantage of tilt drum design over ordinary drum shot blaster?

A2: Enables easy loading/unloading; workpieces tumble evenly for uniform blasting; less manual work, higher efficiency for frequent batch production.

Q3: What capacity options are available?

A3: Standard capacity: 100 kg to 800 kg per batch. Customization is available based on your workpiece size and weight. Please provide your maximum workpiece dimension and batch weight for proper model selection.

Q4: Does the machine include a dust collector system?

A4: Yes. A matched dust removal system is included in the standard scope to capture blasting dust and meet workshop environmental protection requirements.

Q5: What are the main wearing parts?

A5: Blast wheel blades, impellers, control cages, protective liners and rubber drum liners. We can provide a spare parts list with quotation for reference.

Q6: Is on site installation and commissioning service available?

A6: Two options: Customer self-installation with provided drawings and manual.

Our technicians can conduct on-site installation and commissioning; relevant travel and service fees are quoted separately.

Q7: What is the warranty period?

A7: 12 months warranty from shipment date. Lifelong technical support is provided.

Q8: What information should I provide for an accurate quotation?

A8: Please provide:  Maximum workpiece size & single piece weight /Batch loading weight per cycle / Local voltage and frequency / Special dust emission standard requirements / On-site service requirements

Q9: What is the typical production lead time?

A9: Normally 25 to 35 working days after deposit receipt, subject to model and customization scope.
