The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer

The S245 single-arm rotary sand mixer is a specialized sand mixing equipment for resin self-hardening sand processes in the foundry industry. It is suitable for mixing furan resin sand, alkaline phenolic resin sand, and water glass self-hardening sand, and is widely used in molding and core making production in small and medium-sized steel and iron casting workshops.

The equipment adopts a single-arm 360° rotating structure with a turning radius of 2 meters, allowing for multi-point sand discharge without the need to move the sand box. The continuous spiral mixing cage achieves real-time sand mixing, ensuring uniform sand discharge without waste sand at the beginning and end. The sand mixing chamber can be emptied after shutdown to prevent sand material from solidifying and agglomerating. Resin and curing agent are supplied by precision metering pumps, with a mixing accuracy of ≤±2%, ensuring stable sand performance. The sand mixing cylinder is of a quick-opening structure, making it convenient to disassemble, assemble, clean, and maintain the mixing cage blades. The electrical system is controlled by buttons (PLC optional), providing stable and reliable operation. The equipment has low investment costs, occupies a small area, and can be equipped with a new and old sand ratio adjustment device, suitable for use in resin sand regeneration production lines
