1.The transmission drum adopts an olive shape, with a symmetrical herringbone shaped guiding pattern rubber surface cast on the surface. The transmission is reliable, not easy to slip or deviate, and extends the working life of the adhesive tape.

2. The main shaft of the transmission drum adopts double row spherical roller bearings, which have high load capacity and are easy to maintain and adjust.

3. Adopting a large roller type backstop, installed at the other end of the drive device, with low speed and low wear, the lifting belt will not reverse during disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of the drive device.

4. The driving device adopts a shaft mounted gear reducer, and the gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, with carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The tooth surface hardness is high and the bearing capacity is large.

5. The tail wheel adopts a drum shaped squirrel cage structure to ensure that it does not stick to sand or deviate. Adopting a lever type heavy hammer tensioning device, it can adapt to different forces on the tape.

6. The hopper, feed inlet, and discharge chute of this machine are all made of stainless steel, which has the advantages of non stick and corrosion resistance, and is very advantageous for conveying materials with high moisture content.

7. This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous deceleration motor, which is characterized by power-off braking (i.e. braking during sudden power outages or when workers are off duty). The principle is to use the attraction and disengagement of the electromagnet to generate braking torque between the friction plate and the motor end cover, so as to stop the motor and prevent the machine from reversing and blocking the feeding port due to the gravity of the hopper containing materials.
