Micro vibration compaction molding machine

This machine can be used for upper and lower box molding in clay sand foundries, either as a standalone unit or integrated into mechanized assembly lines, as well as semi-automatic lines. It features a fully buffered pneumatic micro-vibration mechanism with springs, eliminating special foundation requirements. The lifting mechanism employs a connecting rod synchronous shaft structure with pneumatic-hydraulic speed adjustment, ensuring excellent lifting synchronization and smooth speed control.

Pneumatic multi contact molding machine

1. Adopting pneumatic multi contact compaction, there is no problem of oil leakage; Moderate specific pressure, no special requirements for molding sand, and a large number of contacts (any combination of 48-120), suitable for complex model modeling.

2. When compacting this machine, the frame is not subjected to force, but is hooked onto the worktable by four hanging rods from the side of the multi contact body. As the multi contacts extend downwards, compaction is carried out. If the contacts, hooks, sandboxes, templates, and worktable are regarded as a system, this compaction force is called internal force or internal force compaction.

3. Compaction compaction, the contact not only compacts the sand mold, but also vibrates together with the workbench (detached from the frame, the frame is not affected by vibration). Therefore, the vibration compaction effect is good, and the hardness of the sand mold is high and uniform (with an average hardness of 85-90, B-type hardness tester value). The sand consumption can be as small as 20-30 millimeters, and the sand consumption ratio can reach H: B=2-3. Moreover, the hardness of the vertical surface of the mold cavity can still reach over 80.
