Modeling Process: The model is fixed to the negative pressure box → the vibratory compaction table and motorized roller conveyor transfer the negative pressure box to the motorized roller conveyor → the film spreading and cutting machine automatically spreads and cuts the film → the film is heated, applied, and manually trimmed by the film → the upper box is manually set with gates and vents → paint is sprayed → paint drying (optional) → the motorized roller conveyor transfers the negative pressure box to the vibratory compaction table → the vibratory compaction table is moved to the empty box clamping station → the empty box clamping robot clamps the empty box → the vibratory compaction table is moved to the sand adding and vibrating station → sand is added and vibrated → the vibratory compaction table moves to the demolding station → the back film is manually covered and automatic vacuuming is performed → the demolding robot lifts the mold → the lower box is flipped and sent to the molding car → the core is manually lowered → the upper box is demolded and trimmed by the robot → after the core is lowered, the box is closed by the robot → the box is manually locked → the vehicle-mounted vacuum pump transfers the locked sand box to the casting area → the sprue basin is manually placed and the back sand is covered, awaiting casting.
