Z86 series hot core box core shooter

The Z86 series hot core box core shooting machine is a sand core shooting device that uses coated sand. It can shoot solid sand cores within various template sizes and maximum sand shooting weight ranges. The machine involves two shooting heads that use a reciprocating linear movement of the sand injection cylinder to complete the sand adding and shooting actions. Depending on the user's mold, the two shooting heads can operate simultaneously or individually. It can accommodate two identical molds simultaneously or one different mold on each side for production, offering convenient and fast operation and high productivity. The use of hot core box coated sand ensures the quality of the sand core. The machine uses a vertical parting mold opening and closing method, with a central fixed mold and left and right opening and closing molds. Each side of the moving mold has a set of opening and closing cylinders or hydraulic cylinders, allowing for the installation of two molds, with the moving mold closing from left to right. Upon reaching the mold opening position, the sand core is ejected by hitting the ejector rod. Customization is available upon request.
