FTB Series Boiling Cooling Bed

This machine is suitable for cooling and separating fine powder from molding sand in foundries, whether it is binder-free or has good fluidity with binder (such as resin self-hardening sand, water glass self-hardening sand, etc.).

Due to the mutual friction between sand particles during boiling, it has a certain soft regeneration function. Cooling circulating water flows through the heat exchange unit, and a high-pressure blower acts on the sand in the boiling chamber at a certain pressure and volume, keeping the sand in a fluidized state and enabling sufficient heat exchange with the heat exchanger. A dust removal port is also provided. Therefore, it has advantages such as significant cooling effect and good fine powder separation performance.
