Product Description

Automatic resin-coated sand shell core-shooting machine

Core shooting machine so as to save the cost of sand core, sand core capability through good, low gas evolution casting surface is bright and clean, high precision, good mechanical properties etc, and is widely used in automobiles, sewing machines, agricultural machinery, all kinds of valve and tractor industry casting workshop, and be more and more users to accept.

This machine can realize the automatic, in a single week to be automatic and manual all kinds of different forms of operation, make it easy operation, low labor strength high productivity smooth operation, low energy consumption, low noise and other advantages, one can see a few devices, is the ideal hot method shell core equipment.

core shooting machine parts by lathe bed, shoot sand machine purchasing (mobile shoot head),frame and flip institutions, send sand device, gas control and the electric control system of the part.

Product Technical Parameter

Specification

Resin-coated sand shell core-shooting machine working principle:

The working principle of the shell core machine is based on the hot core box process. Its core is to use compressed air to inject coated sand into a preheated core box at high speed. The sand injection process completes the compaction of the core sand while filling the core box. Subsequently, the core sand is rapidly heated and hardened in the hot core box.

To produce hollow shell cores that save sand materials and improve breathability, the equipment is equipped with a mold frame flipping function. After sand shooting and initial curing, the mold frame can automatically flip 180°, pouring out the remaining sand in the center of the core box that has not been fully cured, thus forming a hollow shell core with uniform wall thickness. This process can save about 40% of the coated sand and solve the problem of poor breathability of solid sand cores.

A complete working cycle typically includes the following steps: mold closing → sand shooting cylinder advancing and compressing → sand shooting → sand shooting cylinder releasing and retracting → core sand solidifying in the hot core box → mold frame flipping 180° and vibrating to pour out excess sand → mold frame resetting → mold opening → sand core ejection → mold closing, preparing for the next cycle. The entire process can be operated manually, automatically in a single cycle, or fully automatically through PLC.

FAQ

Q:How to choose cold core shooter or hot core shooter?

A:Hot box core shooter is most popular.Cores are more rigid and keep longer time exposed in open air. Cold box core shooter is a little cheaper.

Q:Can you customize foundry sand core shooting machine (sand core shooter) according to customer pattern?

A:Normally our standard type can meet most customer requirements. If necessary, we can customize foundry sand core shooting machine (sand core shooter) according to customer pattern.

Q:What is application of core shooting machine?

A:Core shooting machine is automatic equipment to make sands cores for green sand molds. It can save cost and labors and promote productivity.
