The main details of  Rolling Drum Type Shot Blasting Machine:

1. The roller form is changed from round to polygonal, which is convenient for workpiece turnover and improves cleaning effect;

2. The volume of the drum is increased, and the one-time loading amount is increased from the original 1.2 tons (0.6m3) to 1.8 tons (0.7 m3);

3. The power of the shot blaster is increased from 30Kw to 37Kw;;

4. The built-in roller solves the problem of sand leakage from the roller of the original roller shot blasting machine;

5. Adopt double lifting mechanism to reduce the installation height;

6. Two-stage magnetic separation. When the castings are cleaned, the wear-resistant parts have little loss;

7. The feeding mechanism, door body lifting and roller turning are driven by double hydraulic cylinders to run smoothly;

8. The hydraulic system is equipped with a shunting and collecting valve and a balancing valve, which can adjust the pressure of each branch of the ducting and make the operation more stable;

9. A roller rotation detection mechanism is provided to monitor the roller operation in real time;

10, the thickness of the cylinder is increased by 12mm from the original 10mm, and the service life is longer;

11. Because of the low impact strength of the orifice plate, the sand leakage orifice plate of the roller is detachable, and the operation and maintenance cost of the roller is lower;

12. The platform and the material bin are located at one side of the chamber body, and the drum is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
