The equipment consists of a multi-contact pressure head composed of dozens of independent hydraulic/pneumatic contacts, each of which can extend and retract independently to adapt to the undulations of the mold. With the combination of vibration and high-pressure compaction, the clay sand inside the sand box is compacted to obtain a tight and uniform sand mold. Then, the top box is lifted to complete the mold making process.

• Shocking: To enable the molding sand to be initially filled and compacted

• Multi-contact compaction: Each contact adapts to the height of the mold, ensuring uniform compactness in both high and low positions, thus eliminating the significant hardness differences between deep and shallow areas of conventional flat compaction heads

• Mold lifting: The hydraulic mold lifting mechanism lifts the mold smoothly to prevent mold collapse and sand falling
