GT15 Drum type shot blasting machine

This machine is suitable for cleaning sand, oxide scale, and other attachments on the surfaces of small castings, forgings, stamping parts, gears, springs, and other components in heat treatment workshops. It can also be used for surface strengthening treatment of some components.

Main technical features: The roller not only rotates but also shakes up and down, ensuring more uniform tumbling of the workpieces inside, achieving an efficient and consistent polishing effect. It is also highly suitable for small and thin workpieces, avoiding the phenomenon of small workpieces getting stuck or deformed due to compression in other models. The roller is made of 12mm thick rolled Mn13 high manganese steel plate, with a service life of 4-6 years. Compared to traditional equipment, it reduces wear parts, saves time and money on maintenance and repair, and significantly lowers the cost of use and maintenance.

1. Drum material: It adopts a high-manganese cast steel Mn13 wear-resistant liner, which is resistant to impact and wear, boasts a long service life, and ensures smooth rolling of workpieces without causing any collision damage.

2. Drive mode: hydraulic tilt + motor rotation, fully automatic feeding, cleaning, and unloading, PLC intelligent control, one-button start/stop, supports scheduled cleaning.

3. Shot recycling system: bucket elevator + air separator, automatically screening impurities and oxide scale, allowing pure steel shots to be recycled with high separation efficiency.

4. Dust removal system: Equipped with a pulse cartridge dust collector, it adopts negative pressure dust removal, ensuring dust-free operation throughout the entire process, in compliance with national and international environmental protection standards.

5. Operational Advantages: The roller-swinging and tumbling operation ensures 360° cleaning of workpieces without any dead zones, addressing the issue of uneven cleaning of small parts stacked together, while preventing damage to precision small parts.
