1. Pneumatic multi-piston compaction is adopted without oil leakage; Moderate specific pressure, no special requirements for molding sand, large number of pistons is 48pcs, it is suitable for complex model molding.

2. When the machine is pressed, the machine frame is not stressed. Instead, four pull rods hanging down from the side of the multi-piston body are hooked on the workbench, and compaction is carried out with the downward extension of the multi-pistons. If the pistons, hooks, flasks, templates and workbench are regarded as a system, this compressive force is internal force or internal force compaction.
